Colorado Wildflower Update 2011: Imogene Basin in Southwest Colorado Near Ouray

The wildflowers in the basin are filled with buds and there are so many different varieties covering the hillsides. Pretty flowers grace the lower area near the Mayflower Mine above the turn off thru the Camp Bird Mine.
As you go higher into the basin, there are more and more flowers, albeit a bit shorter, but nonetheless abundant.
