Exploring Southwest Colorado Back Roads in April

It was another beautiful day in Ouray. With the sun shining and deep blue skies, the desire to go outside and enjoy Southwest Colorado was overwhelming. There was no other option but to jump in the car and see what there was to see. Heading North toward Ridgway, we decided to see if we could make it all the way to Cow Creek, on County Road 12. Although we weren't able to go further than a couple of miles, what beautiful drive it was!
